What hurts...: wearing a shoe over my aircast brace. it says i'm supposed to?? i have a sock under it.

How you hurt it...: twisted my ankle on the steps.

When you hurt it...: 2 days ago.

Your pain level (1 is low, 10 is high pain): 8

Your age and overall health...: 23. Good health.

Any other information you feel is relevant...: i'm just wondering if i could see someone crutch for a sprained foot that i can't wear a shoe or walk on. i'm really bad at it and would like to see proper use.
